Description
Tarn Hows giclee canvas print.
The much loved and photographed Tarn Hows. One of England’s most spectacular places of beauty. From this angle the Langdale Pikes provide a centre back point of interest.
This image is made up from ninety separate photo’s. The process includes taking thirty images each with three exposures at two light stops apart. This captures a high dynamic range very close to how the human eye perceives a scene in real life. The thirty high dynamic images are then stitched together seamlessly creating what I call a ‘Giga Pan’ because the final image file is in the gigabit size.
The giclee process involves using archival grade materials for outstanding longevity that will not show any signs of fading for many decades in normal conditions.
